Schuller German Kitchens
The successful history of Schüller company started in 1954, when the first kitchen cupboard was created. In 1971 the first built-in kitchens were built. The former carpentry company became an innovative company developing their own product lines and introducing them into the market.
Today Schüller is one of the top ten within this business field. With more than 800 employees we are exporting kitchens to countries all over the world. Only quality will survive. This is their commitment, nothing else. There are many reasons for a Schüller kitchen, one of them is its lifetime which is much longer than it might be favourable for their sales.
The Schüller site is situated in Herrieden, a town in Franconia in the heart of Europe, not far away from the highway giving access to all directions, the East, West, South and North. It is typical of Schüller philosophy to concentrate the production at one location and to think about future already today. Their plant has an extension of 180.000 m², more than 90.000 m² of this site has been developed.
There are many reasons for this: Their new production technology, the very high percentage of home produced components even of surfaces and lacquering. They ensure a continuous product development cycle, a permanent and strict quality control system and they work together only with selected and reliable suppliers.
Feeling responsible for their region they want to make a contribution to environmental protection. This they achieve with a responsible production facility, an efficient use of materials and with material recycling. They invest millions for environmentally friendly solutions such as a new heating system, a heat recovery system using recycled wooden rests just to mention some of their projects. |
